Rep. Dave Hayes, R-Camano Island, talks with KSER about the politics of the legislative session.  Most worrisome, he says, is a bottleneck of bills that majority Democrats are declining to release out of committee.  Hayes says a measure that would modify the I-405 toll lanes, which is stuck in committee, is of major concern to Republican lawmakers.
