Rep. Dave Hayes joins KIRO to discuss bill addressing opioid crisis

Discussing his efforts to respond to the opioid crisis, Rep. Dave Hayes, R-Camano Island, joins Hanna Scott of KIRO for a review of House Bill 2287, which creates a pilot project in Snohomish County to address addiction and mental health issues and funds a diversion center to expedite services for people who need them.
