Rep. Hayes discusses gun control legislation, hammers carbon tax on KSER

Rep. Dave Hayes, R-Camano Island, tells Ed Bremer on KSER he does not support currently proposed gun control legislation that attempts to criminalize gun owners but turns a blind eye to the criminals who misuse firearms.

The House Minority Whip also disputes the effectiveness of a proposed carbon tax and makes the case for fair water access statewide by arguing for a fix to the Hirst Supreme Court ruling, which has restricted well water access in rural areas.
